RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Inventif Art (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operating at inventifart.com in the United Arab Emirates, we take pride in delivering precision custom acrylic fabrication, bespoke woodworking, UV printing, CNC cutting, laser cutting, and tailored display solutions across the UAE.

Because our products are individually customized, engraved, printed, or fabricated according to specific client specifications, our return, refund, and cancellation terms are structured in full compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) regarding custom-manufactured goods.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, transferring a deposit, or approving a production proof with Inventif Art.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All items displayed on inventifart.com, our social media channels (including Instagram and WhatsApp), or custom-built per client request—including bespoke acrylic boxes, event displays, branded signage, Haq al-Lailah seasonal boxes, custom furniture, and corporate gifts—are classified as custom-manufactured goods.

Non-Refundable Status: Once a digital design proof or order estimate is explicitly approved by the client and enters production, the order cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind, personal preference, or project cancellation.
Material & Production Commitment: Fabrication involves cutting raw sheets (acrylic, wood, plywood, MDF), setting up machinery toolpaths, direct UV ink application, and dedicated labor, rendering materials non-reusable for other clients.

2. Design Approval & Client Responsibility

Before starting production (laser cutting, CNC routing, UV printing, or acrylic assembly), Inventif Art sends a digital proof, vector artwork, or 3D visual layout for client confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

Client Review Mandatory: It is the client’s sole responsibility to carefully review and verify all aspects of the design proof prior to giving written approval, including:

Spelling, names, dates, and Arabic/English text accuracy.
Dimensions, material thickness, scale, and chosen color codes.
Logo placement, vector details, and structural features.
Errors Post-Approval: Inventif Art is not liable for spelling mistakes, design oversights, or incorrect dimensions once the proof has been approved by the client. Any modifications or remakes requested after approval will incur additional material, machine time, and labor costs.

3. Order Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order placed with Inventif Art, your eligibility for a refund depends on the production stage at the time of your written request:

4. Defect, Damage, or Production Errors

Inventif Art stands behind our craftsmanship and material quality. If your order arrives damaged during delivery, defective, or significantly different from the agreed and approved design proof, we will make it right.

A. Reporting Window

You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours of receipt by contacting Inventif Art via WhatsApp or email.

B. Documentation Required

To claim a repair, remake, or refund, you must provide:

Clear high-resolution photographs or video showing the defect or damaged section.
Photographs of the outer delivery packaging (if damaged during transport).
Your original invoice or order confirmation number issued by Inventif Art.

C. Available Remedies

Upon verifying the defect or transport damage, Inventif Art will provide one of the following solutions at our discretion:

Free Expedited Remake: We will remake and replace the defective item free of charge on an expedited timeline.
Professional Repair: If structural or surface adjustments are feasible and mutually agreed upon, we will collect, repair, and redeliver the item at our expense.
Partial or Full Refund: If we are unable to repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe, a full or partial refund will be processed.

5. Exclusions & Disclaimers

Refunds or free replacements by Inventif Art will not be granted under the following conditions:

Screen vs. Physical Material Tolerances: Minor variations in color representation between digital screens (RGB/CMYK) and physical acrylic sheets, UV inks, or natural wood grains are normal industry tolerances and not manufacturing defects.
Natural Wood Characteristics: Natural wood/plywood features such as grain patterns, knots, or slight tone variations are inherent attributes of natural materials.
Customer Misuse or Chemical Damage: Damage resulting from improper assembly, drops, or cleaning with harsh chemicals (e.g., applying alcohol or acetone to acrylic surface products).
Unreported Transport Damage: Claims submitted after the 48-hour inspection window.

6. Standard Non-Custom Items

In the event that Inventif Art offers non-custom, off-the-shelf products (such as standard stock displays without personalized printing or custom dimensions):

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit.
The client is responsible for courier return shipping costs within the UAE unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part.

7. Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds from Inventif Art will be issued back to the original method of payment (bank transfer or original card payment).
Refunds via bank transfer or card payment gateway are processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution’s clearing cycle within the UAE.
