- You may not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or abuse.
3. Products, Materials & Custom Work (Expanded)
3.1 Nature of Our Products
Inventif Art produces both custom-made and non-custom items using:
- Acrylic sheets and components
- Natural and engineered wood materials
- UV printing technology
Due to the handcrafted and material-based nature of our work:
- Wood grain, knots, texture, and color variations are natural
- Acrylic may show slight edge marks, seams, or polishing variations
- UV print colors may differ slightly from screen previews due to monitor calibration and material surfaces
These characteristics are not considered defects.
3.2 Custom Orders & Personalization
Custom products include any item that is:
- Made to specific measurements
- Personalized with names, text, logos, images, or artwork
- Designed or modified specifically for a customer
Once a custom order enters production:
- It cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged
- Changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs
- Production begins only after customer approval (where applicable)
3.3 Proofs, Mockups & Approvals
- Digital proofs or mockups may be provided for approval
- Colors, scale, and positioning in mockups are representations only
- Final responsibility for accuracy lies with the customer after approval
Approval confirms acceptance of:
- Spelling and grammar
- Measurements and layout
- Design placement and orientation
3.4 Tolerances & Finishing
Due to manufacturing processes:
- Size tolerances of ±2–3 mm may occur
- Minor finishing marks may be visible on close inspection
- UV print saturation may vary by surface type
Such tolerances are industry-standard and acceptable.
3.5 Customer-Supplied Content
By submitting designs, logos, or files, you confirm that:
- You own the rights or have legal permission to use them
- Content does not violate UAE laws or third-party intellectual property
Inventif Art assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied materials.
Inventif Art has the right to take pictures and post on any social media unless specified by customer not to post.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)
- Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
- Full or partial payment may be required before production
- Payment is processed securely via WooCommerce-supported gateways
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if necessary.
5. Production Time & Delivery
5.1 Production Time
Production times are estimates and depend on:
- Design complexity
- Material availability
- Order volume
Delays due to force majeure (supplier issues, technical failures, etc.) will not constitute breach of contract.
5.2 Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates only
- Inventif Art is not responsible for courier delays
- Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, images, text, and branding are the property of Inventif Art.

Inventif Art is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Improper handling or installation
- Exposure to heat, moisture, chemicals, or outdoor conditions (unless specified)
- Normal wear and tear
Care instructions must be followed to maintain product quality.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:
- Inventif Art shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product
